1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship in United-Kingdom only.
We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.
2. Are there any shipping fees?
No. Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase required.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard).
All payments are processed in pounds sterling (£).
4. How do returns work?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Defective or damaged products: return is free of charge.

Non-defective products: you may return the item if it is unused, complete, and in its original packaging. 
 Return shipping costs for non-defective products are at the buyer’s expense.

6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
