Shipping Regions

We currently ship only in United-Kingdom.
We do not ship internationally, in order to maintain the quality and consistency of our products.


Shipping Fees

Shipping is free, regardless of the amount of your order.
No additional fees will be applied for preparation, packaging, or shipping.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Each product is carefully prepared and packaged just before shipment to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.

In the event of an exceptional delay (stock shortage, high demand, unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you immediately via email.


Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and transport conditions.
Pet And Go cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier (weather conditions, strikes, carrier disruptions), but our team will assist you in resolving any delivery issue as quickly as possible.


Carriers and Tracking

All shipments are handled by reliable national carriers that provide parcel tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package in real time until delivery.


Packaging and Product Protection

Each item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend opening your package upon receipt to check the condition of the items.

Limitations and Liability

Pet And Go cannot be held responsible for delays or damages occurring after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
However, in the event of a documented issue (loss, proven damage, severely damaged product), our team will work with you to find an appropriate solution (replacement or refund, depending on the case).
