2. Products

The products offered are items intended for parents and their children, such as accessories, textiles, and childcare-related products, displayed on pet-and-go.com.

Each product is described as accurately as possible (photos, features, dimensions, colors, materials, etc.).
However, product photos and visuals are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), including all taxes.
Since Stainagency LTD. is subject to VAT, VAT is included in the displayed price.

Prices may be changed at any time. However, products will be billed at the price applicable at the time of ordering.

Shipping is free for all orders delivered to United-Kingdom.

4. Ordering

To place an order, the customer must:

Confirm the cart and shipping information
Choose a payment method
Validate the order after reviewing these Terms and Conditions

Any order constitutes full acceptance of the prices and these Terms.
A confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

All transactions are secured through the payment system used.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time: Orders are delivered in United-Kingdom only, within 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated total time: Customers generally receive their products within 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery method: Standard delivery with tracking.
Shipping cost: Free, with no minimum purchase required.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of the product.

Defective or damaged products: may be returned free of charge.
Non-defective products: may also be returned, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Exchanges: Accepted subject to availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return shipping costs: at the customer’s expense, except in case of defective products.
The return shipping label is not provided by Pet And Go.
No restocking fees apply.

Refunds: are issued within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from incorrect or improper use of the product.
In the event of force majeure (strikes, weather disruptions, shipping carrier delays, etc.), the seller’s responsibility cannot be engaged.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
